I’m a qualified life coach specialising in stress management, with over 20 years’ experience as a practising osteopath. Over time, I noticed a recurring pattern: many of my patients’ aches and pains — especially around the neck and shoulders — would return again and again. Physical treatment helped, but it didn’t always last. The root cause, I realised, was often stress.
That realisation led me to retrain as a coach. Today, I offer a whole-body approach that brings together physical awareness and emotional clarity. My aim is to empower people to take back control, reconnect with themselves, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I bring warmth, curiosity, and a calm presence to every session — and a deep belief that things can be better, even when they feel overwhelming.

Like many people, I’ve faced my share of life events — moments of challenge and change that shaped not just how I live today, but also the path I’ve chosen to follow.
There was a time when I was juggling the demands of life as a single mum, recovering from breast cancer, and carrying the weight of everyday responsibilities. My instinct was to push through — to keep going, even when I knew deep down that something wasn’t right and I wasn’t the person I wanted to be.
That period became a turning point. I began to tune in to what I really needed — not just to cope, but to thrive. I became my own coach, finding ways to manage stress, protect my wellbeing, and make space for the life I truly wanted.
I also learnt that while we can’t always control what life throws at us, we can choose how we respond — and that choice can be transformative.
Through coaching, I found a profound sense of confidence. I discovered practical tools that helped me manage stress, build resilience, and create lasting, positive change in my life. Combined with my experience as an osteopath, this journey showed me just how powerful coaching can be. It’s now my privilege to guide others along a similar path as a Life Coach today.
Are you feeling stuck? Constantly overwhelmed? Or carrying a persistent sense that something in your life isn’t quite right, but unsure what to do about it?
The good news is: life coaching can help.
Modern life is full of noise — busy schedules, outside expectations, and internal pressure. It’s easy to lose touch with what matters most to you. Life coaching offers you the space, structure, and support to reflect, realign, and move forward with purpose.
Even the world’s top performers don’t go it alone. Olympic athletes, CEOs, and creatives at the peak of their careers work with coaches to keep growing. While change is possible on your own, it becomes far more powerful with skilled support beside you.
As a qualified coach, I help you reduce stress, reconnect with yourself, and take meaningful action in your life — in a way that feels grounded and sustainable.
Life coaching isn’t about giving advice or telling you what to do. It’s about helping you access your own clarity and direction.
In our sessions, I’ll listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and support you without judgement or pressure. Together, we’ll:
clarify where you are and where you want to be
uncover limiting beliefs or patterns that may be holding you back
develop a realistic, step-by-step plan for meaningful change
create space for growth, accountability, and lasting transformation
Every coaching relationship is tailored to you — your pace, your values, your life.
You don’t need to have all the answers before we start. You just need to be honest, open, and ready to explore what’s possible.
Life coaching looks at your current life, where you want your life to be in the future, and the actions required to achieve that change.
Many people set goals or resolutions but struggle to follow through. Here are some common challenges clients bring to coaching — and how I can help address them:
Vague or overwhelming goals – Resolutions like “get fit” or “be happier” are hard to measure. I help break them down into clear, achievable steps.
All-or-nothing thinking – One slip-up often feels like failure. I help you reframe these moments so you can keep going.
Losing motivation – When willpower fades, I help you stay connected to your why and build habits that last.
Unrealistic expectations – Together, we set realistic timelines and celebrate progress — not perfection.
Willpower alone – Relying on willpower is not enough, especially when life gets tough. Instead, we create systems, routines, and sustainable strategies that support you.
The life coaching process addresses all these issues to create an individual plan for you so you can achieve lasting change.
Stress can infiltrate many areas of our lives – I help people make positive changes in the following areas and many more:
One of the biggest barriers to change I see is stress — especially the kind that lingers and builds in the background.
Stress isn’t just in your mind — it lives in your body too. When stress builds up over time, it can affect your mood, sleep, relationships, and overall health. Often, these effects go unnoticed until they become overwhelming.
Common symptoms of chronic stress:
poor sleep
digestive issues
headaches
muscle tension and pain
irritability or mood swings
difficulty concentrating
trouble making decisions
procrastination
feeling overwhelmed
frequent colds or infections
Left unaddressed, these can lead to burnout or coping behaviours — such as emotional eating, excessive drinking, or social withdrawal. But this cycle can be interrupted.
Life coaching supports your mental and physical wellbeing by helping you manage stress more effectively — and by giving you the tools to respond differently.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed with modern life, and seek a realistic way to take back control,
why not get in touch?
Getting in touch is often the hardest part – but from there, we take things one step at a time. We’ll begin with a free consultation call, to get to know each other, talk about what you’re looking for, and see if coaching feels like the right fit.
If we decide to work together, we’ll schedule regular coaching sessions. These are typically 60 minutes, held weekly or fortnightly depending on what suits you best. Most clients begin with a commitment of 4 to 6 sessions to create momentum and focus. Sessions can take place in-person (at a chosen location or walking sessions), online via Zoom (or another platform you prefer), or on the phone.
I offer flexible coaching options depending on the level of support you’re looking for:
£75 – A single 60-minute clarity session
A focused session to explore a specific issue or mindset block and gain immediate insight.
£420 – Six 60-minute sessions over 12–16 weeks
For deeper clarity, ongoing support, and meaningful change.
(Can be paid in two instalments of £210)
Get in touch for structured support that will change your life for the better. I’ll help you:
• identify the things that matter in your life
• develop an action plan to deliver change and keep those priorities centre stage
• manage and reduce stress, for a healthier and happier life.
